How penalties increase
eFlow’s late payment process has three stages. Each new charge is added to the amount already outstanding.
After the 8pm next-day deadline
An initial charge applies to each unpaid journey. The vehicle owner receives the first notice — a Standard Toll Request.
Unpaid after 14 days
If the toll and initial charge remain unpaid, a second charge is added and an Unpaid Toll Notice is issued.
Still unpaid: the 72-day stage
eFlow specifies a further charge after 72 days and referral to its legal representatives. Check the dates on your notice.
These are additional charges, not the total amount due. The original toll and earlier charges remain due. Paying only the original toll does not settle a penalty already incurred.
What to do with a notice
Check and pay a notice through the official eFlow “Pay a Penalty” section.
Have your notice details ready
You will need the vehicle registration number and the PIN or notice number. Check the vehicle and journey details.
Check the full amount
Visit the official website and follow its instructions. If you do not know your PIN, the page provides a way to retrieve it.

Keep your payment confirmation or correspondence with the operator. Contact eFlow directly if you are unsure about the amount.
For vehicles registered outside the Republic of Ireland, eFlow identifies Euro Parking Collection (EPC) as the sender of notices. Follow the details in a verified letter; if in doubt, confirm them with eFlow.
If a charge is incorrect
Dispute an incorrect charge using eFlow’s official appeal form.
Have your vehicle registration number, notice number and supporting documents ready, such as a payment receipt or proof of a change of ownership. Our guide does not handle appeals and cannot cancel charges.
